A UOW marketing graduate, Eliza’s career was kick started after a ‘round world’ adventure. A decade in Flight Centre Limited meant she was fast propelled into senior Management, sourcing retail sites, expanding, training, recruiting and elite business coaching.

Starting her own Travel brands Fairflights then Travel Emporium, The Perfect Wave, Riche Travel, and collaborated with Goldman travel group to found Smartflyer Australia.

A serious perk of owning businesses in the luxury travel industry meant journeying to hundreds of the worlds finest hotels well before the age of Instagram and influencers. Eliza is a celebrated Speaker, Trainer and Writer

During the pandemic, with travel on hold, Eliza and her husband Jackson channelled their creative energy into their South Coast home, transforming it into The Black Chapel, an accidental luxury guesthouse.

Inspired by their visits to the world's most beautiful resorts, they crafted a unique and stunning venue that is now celebrated as an exceptional destination for photoshoots, and television productions.

The Black Chapel has been featured in interior design magazines, attracting media attention both in Australia and globally. It is available for stays, shoots, and events.
