Eliza’s leadership coaching journey began in the 90’s guided by the original visionary himself Tony Robbins, during her early career with Flight Centre limited.
She then went on to curate and create restaurants, cafes, bars, a portfolio of travel businesses including pioneering a tech startup -many of which celebrated Industry awards for both performance or distinctive design.
A trailblazing influencer long before the rise of Instagram, Eliza was a hosted industry guest and collaborator at hundreds of the worlds finest luxury hotels. Her life of continual globetrotting inspired an International worldview.
